In general we are constantly being asked for properties requiring renovation or property in exceptional condition. We are selling more and more properties within weeks of them coming onto the market. We have registered buyers waiting to proceed and now require property in most areas of Newport, West Cwmbran and East Cardiff.
We are seeing a dramatic increase in our sales to First Time Buyers and genuinely require homes up to £125,000. 'Help to Buy' and the availability of more 95% mortgage facilities has changed the property landscape beyond recognition in the last three months.
