An Outstanding Finish to 2013

We are now finishing what has been a truly outstanding year. We are pleased to be able to say that it has been a very successful period. Residential sales numbers are well up on 2012 figures and we are now selling between one and two properties a day from our Newport City office. Our Letting and Management Department has shown consistent growth, now managing over 350 properties. We urgently require more rental property to full fill demand from waiting clients.

We are experiencing demand which is well in excess of supply in certain areas. Our clients are very demanding and are being very selective with their purchase. Prices have certainly increased in many areas. We urgently require properties on the WEST SIDE OF NEWPORT, BASSALEG, ROGERSTONE, EAST CARDIFF, CAERLEON, LANGSTONE, MALPAS, CHRISTCHURCH and ST JULIANS. In general we are constantly being asked for properties requiring renovation or property in exceptional condition. We are selling more and more properties within weeks of them coming onto the market. We have registered buyers waiting to proceed and now require property in most areas of Newport, West Cwmbran and East Cardiff.

We are seeing a dramatic increase in our sales to First Time Buyers and genuinely require homes up to £125,000. 'Help to Buy' and the availability of more 95% mortgage facilities has changed the property landscape beyond recognition in the last three months.
